Our School Master Stallions!!
The summer time was very busy at Mayfield with seven healthy foals hitting the ground all before Chrsitmas. We had roughly three semen collections per week. Which the boys didn't complain about! J Kerry and her 14 year old daughter Tori spent wonderful days out at Mayfield training. Kerry enjoyed teaching Tori some of the ‘higher movements' on Pzazz and Tori couldn't keep the smile off her face. She also had lunge lessons on Whisper. Both stallions were unflappable you could not fault them.
Joy had a well deserved holiday for four weeks which she spent mostly down at Warrnambool. While away young rider Emmalee Weston stepped in to help Brya and join the Mayfield team.
With the end of EI drawing nearer, competitions started up again in Victoria with some hesitation. We therefore had the chance to take the four year old Mayfield Noble (Jet Set D/Rocadero/Northern Commander 1) to his first outing and introducing him to the wide world of Dressage. He won and placed in several tests with scores of 70% to 76% qualifying for DWTS.
Mayfield Miracle also qualified under Kerry for DWTS he also had his first elementary start placing 5 th with 65%.
MF Pzazz and Kerry shone in their first Grand Prix outing. Coming second with a score of 60.9%. Emotions were shown by the crowd along with fellow competitors at how pleased they were to see Pzazz back the competition arena. Kerry would like to thank everyone for their support and encouragement.
